Step 1

Open the Credit Application form and complete all the required information (e.g. company registration number, VAT number and ID numbers for directors).

Step 2

The Credit Application form must be signed by an authorised signatory of the company (e.g. director or owner). You can either print a hard copy to be signed or email a saved copy of the PDF to the relevant person for sign off.

Step 3

Print a copy of the Suretyship form which must be signed by all directors and witnessed. You need to send us a copy of your company registration form (CK1), VAT certificate, proof of address (e.g. utility bill) and a copy of each director or member’s ID document along with the signed Suretyship form.

Step 4

Fax or email a scanned copy of the signed credit application form together with the required supporting documents to your nearest branch or to your sales representative. Contact details can be found on the Contact Us page.

Please note the following special conditions
  • For Sole Proprietor and Partnership (if married in community of property) – a copy of the spouse’s ID document together with full name and signature on both the credit application form and suretyship is required.

  • Full names of ALL directors, members, partners and owners are required together with a copies of ID’s.

  • Proof of physical address must accompany the application (e.g. utility bill or telephone account – must be in the name of the business NOT a PO Box address)

  • Please advise insurance preference (e.g. Super Rent insurance or Client’s own insurance provider). Copy of policy required if insurance is client’s own provider.

  • Proxy details – the form must be completed and signed by the designated individual. Trade references – please supply all relevant details such as name of company, account number, branch, telephone number, credit terms, contact person, credit limit, average monthly purchases etc.

A signed copy of the Suretyship form must accompany your credit application.
